The Secret Order [of the Sasquatch] along with Blue Ridge Overland Gear, has initiated a nationwide scavenger hunt for the continental United States. The official Secret Order dispatch reads:

"Greetings friends! For all those willing, the #SFS23 (Search For Sasquatch 2023) operation has begun! This mission is designed to exercise your exploration and GPS navigation skills. Starting on July 18, 2023, eight Sasquatch* morale patches will begin appearing throughout the continental United States of America. Rough coordinates will be given for each patch and the first one to find the patch will be publicly declared the winner of that region. Additional reward is in store for each winner.

This scavenger hunt will begin in the Mid-Atlantic and subsequently be rolled out to the remaining cache zones.

*Sasquatch the Bigfoot, not the Squirrel.

Starting in July 2023 members of the Secret Order will release GPS coordinates consecutively through Blue Ridge Overland Gear social media channels (IG, FB, etc). These coordinates will lead to the location of 8 stashed morale patches throughout the continental United States of America.

STEP 1. Watch Blue Ridge Overland Gear social media for Secret Order mission dispatches that include cache coordinates. Zone caches will be announced as they go live. WATCH FOR YOUR ZONE IN THE COMING WEEKS.

STEP 2. Record GPS coordinates and prepare to search for any caches near you. Use your smart phone's GPS software or use a service like onX OffRoad to pinpoint location.

STEP 3. Once positioned, search for the hidden morale patch.

STEP 4. If you locate 1 of the 8 patches you are a winner! Post an image of the patch to Instagram and tag Blue Ridge Overland Gear. Then direct message us to confirm the find.

STEP 5. We will announce the win on our social media and send you a Blue Ridge Overland Gear Bum Bag. Plus you get to keep the super rare morale patch.
